Yvette’s role is critical in the day-to-day running of the business.

With a career in client engagement Yvette is committed in her role in securing new schemes with robust bid submissions.  With extraordinary attention to detail Yvette oversees the compliance and administration functions of Alcema.

Yvette is widely recognised as going above and beyond in her role. Her array of skills and strengths all hinge on her in-depth understanding of the operational and administrative aspects of the business.

Her key area of expertise revolves around the bids and administration functions within the company, liaising with the operational subject matter experts to harness the technical know-how for successful project delivery.

Having worked with large, corporate construction companies such as Permasteelisa and Lendlease Yvette has gained a deep understanding in project delivery. Alongside her experience working with high end global brands such as Cartier and Mont Blanc Yvette has an extraordinary ability to deliver high end results.

With a fundamental, sound business knowledge, Yvette also has an in-depth knowledge around social value and Alcema’s commitments to this. She strives to ensure the business meets and exceeds KPIs and oversees reporting on this to clients.   

She is determined in her approach to see every project not just fulfils the social value factors as set out in tenders but also identifies opportunities to provide additional social value across the whole business.

Yvette is well respected within the team and her passion to see projects delivered to exceptionally high standards from tender stage to completion makes her a real asset to the business.
