ROGER LE BLANC
DESIGN MANAGER
BSc (Hons) Civil Engineering, CSCSRoger is a key member of the Alcema team with over 25 years experience in the construction industry. His vast experience ranges from Structural Design to Project Management and Design Management. Roger has been responsible for managing multidisciplinary design teams through the design development process on complex D&B projects.
With experience across various sectors working at both the front end (developing Client briefs, preparing the Contractor’s Proposals and negotiating with Clients) as well as on site, Roger is well versed in delivering to very tight budgets, tough deadlines and achieving customer satisfaction.
Throughout Roger’s career he has been mentor to many junior managers whilst taking the lead in the design management function within many organisations. Incredibly self driven and motivated Roger is an excellent coordinator and loves working within a team. He brings people together to ensure they are all working in the same direction and to the overall goals of the company.
