Conscientious, reliable, self motivated and hugely driven Paul has led projects across various sectors with a dogged determination to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
Paul has delivered projects across a diverse range of sectors including Healthcare, Education, Leisure and Faith. He undertakes weekly inspections of all sites under his remit, maintains H&S across sites and ensures site safety policies are adhered to at all times.
An excellent communicator Paul ensures all roles and responsibilities of direct operatives and subcontractors are clearly defined and site management plans are adhered to from start to completion of each project.
Such is Paul’s passion in delivering high quality projects, and building long-term relationships with clients, he remains fully engaged long after project completion, personally taking ownership for any defects and ensuring these are promptly addressed.
With an impressive understanding of Health & Safety and Quality Control Paul cultivates a positive Health, Safety and Wellbeing environment. He is a staunch advocate of having an ‘open door’ policy so any concerns can be raised with ease and handled swiftly.
