Paul is an Architectural Assistant and Trainee Design Manager in professional architectural practice and construction. Joining Alcema in 2024 Paul has been involved in a number of projects with Alcema including Tudor Grange Academy & Sherbourne Fields School.

With a sought after skillset in BIM & CAD literacy, Paul is proficient with BIM and regulatory knowledge. He has excellent communication skills when handling RFIs with the ability to overcome problems by finding solutions which work across all levels. His excellent documentation skills (experienced in using Viewpoint For Projects) to manage drawings, revision changes, coordination between subcontractors, designers and suppliers alongside adept attention to detail have already been fully recognised throughout the team.

He has a particular passion in producing elegant, sustainable, contemporary designs which work alongside the historic preservation of listed buildings. Alcema is keen to utilise Paul’s passion and knowledge in this area, fully aware a genuine passion and connection by a designer can resonate throughout the entire build and deliver some extraordinary results. 

Paul has experience across multiple stages of construction working with consultants, statutory representatives, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.  He strives to achieve well thought out methodical designs and aesthetics alongside quality building techniques and final resolution.

Focused on qualifying as a Chartered Architect to deliver great outcomes for clients and people through design coordination and high quality design input, Paul is already making his mark.
