Andrew joined Alcema as Operations Manager, predominantly assisting Alcema operations in the Midlands but also supporting the southern regions as required.

With over 25 years experience delivering commercial construction projects Andrew ensures all projects are adequately resourced, operations are compliant, to the highest standard and within agreed timeframes and budgets, alongside managing and motivating high-performance multidiscipline teams.

Andrew’s vast skill set includes his valuable input in design development, project risk and opportunity analysis, as well as his key role in supporting delivery teams and clients throughout the build process.

Andrew has a passion for getting the best out of teams as well as individuals and is a key mentor to anyone looking to progress in their career.
