FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Bookkeeping Level 1 / Intermediate, AAT level 2/3Martina heads up Alcema’s Finance Division and has been with the company since its inception in 2016. Having worked in Finance within the Construction industry for 20 years Martina’s extensive experience in senior finance positions has been integral as Alcema has grown significantly since the business was set up.
Overseeing the day to day financial tasks, managing cash flow preparation collated by her team, completing month end reports and preparing and reconciling year end accounts are just some of the responsibilities which fall under Martina’s remit.
She completes cost reporting throughout the duration of each project from start to finish, working closely with Commercial Managers.
A key aspect of her role is to verify the financial performance of Alcema’s supply chain partners, ensuring the credibility of their financial standing and that they are paid within required timeframes.
Managing the demanding and complex financial requirements of Framework partners also falls within her remit but with her meticulous attention to detail she handles these with ease and confidence.
Martina has a depth of knowledge in Construction Finance which is quite simply exceptional.
She is a valued member of the team and is integral to the day-to-day operations of the business.
