Gordon began his career in construction in 1988 and having worked his way through the trades he is now a highly accomplished site manager within the team. Competent in all areas he has established excellent relationships with clients as he works to his continuous goal of achieving every project on time, to budget and to the highest standard.

He is exceptional in his open declaration “the more challenging the better!” when it comes to projects. Gordon is indeed delighted to take on any project which quite frankly is not for the faint hearted.

Overseeing day-to-day operations onsite in live environments Gordon oversees projects from concept to construction and handover. He undertakes daily and weekly site inspections, maintains H&S across the site and ensures all subcontractors are adhering to site rules, as well as takes responsibility for site logistics and traffic management.

Gordon leads by example and always looks to bring out the best in his team. He considers it a responsibility and privilege to help up and coming managers learn the expectations of the role. Helping the team progress and achieve their full potential are aspects Gordon considers highly rewarding.

His positive nature and exceptional ability to problem solve throughout any given day make Gordon a truly valued and respected member of the team.
