He has excellent organisational and communication skills, is resourceful, professional and reliable.
He manages his team with respect and expects this same quality to be shown to others. He strives to ensure there is a positive atmosphere in his teams at all times and insists on everyone ‘pulling in the same direction’ in order to achieve the very best results.
Ian has worked in various sectors including Education, Housing, Leisure, Commercial and Residential. His past projects boast some prestigious companies and organisations such as The Jockey Club in Newmarket, the Premier Rugby Club ‘WASPS’, the NHS, Nuffield Health and Sanctuary Housing.
Ian believes the key aspects to being a successful site manager is insisting on the highest quality and liaising with clients at all times. Having worked in live environments such as hospitals and schools Ian recognises the importance in having regular client meetings and keeping communication open at all times. We have no doubt these aspects have been pivotal in achieving the many fantastic results Ian has enjoyed with his projects to date.
