Anthony has over 20 years experience in the construction industry working across Education, Health, Commercial and Civil Infrastructure sectors.

Adept at leading the delivery of challenging and complex projects Anthony is unfazed when working in live environments. His calm and controlled demeanour enables him to deliver projects successfully as he guides his team through problem solving and highest quality results.

He engages with clients ongoingly via regular meetings and ensures excellent communication is maintained throughout his team.

Anthony’s ability to cope exceptionally well under pressure means he is a natural mentor to those in the team who are less experienced & or younger recruits. He is keen to help, encourage and guide the next generation in construction, always looking to raise the bar as high as possible.

With a passion to build relationships he believes it is of utmost importance to involve, respect and enthuse people at all times. This includes the client, the team including sub contractors, and often extending to the end user, such as leading talks and tours with students when working with schools and colleges.

Anthony considers it hugely valuable to explain the reasons work needs to be completed a certain way when teaching the less experienced in the team. He believes it encourages them to be committed to the project as well as take a personal pride in their individual work, makes them feel valued and maximises the performance of the team.

By having a supportive and respectful work environment Anthony is able to deliver projects to the highest quality and to satisfied clients which are Anthony’s greatest measures of success.
