Over this time Anna has successfully delivered high-quality office fit-out and refurbishment projects and has worked with some of the most reputable names in the commercial and hospitality sectors.
Her extensive skill set includes project management, pre-construction tendering, budgeting and forecasting, team leadership and motivation, client relationship management, and proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD). Her ability to balance technical expertise with a strong client focus makes her an invaluable asset to the team.
Anna has led cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results, exceeding clients’ expectations and delivering projects ahead of schedule and within budget.
