As an accomplished Chief Operations Manager/Director with broad experience across all aspects of business leadership within multiple industries, John also has proven experience in a number of other senior levels of expertise. These include business management, strategic planning, relationship development, project and program management, organisational development, process improvement and P & L management.
John has an excellent track record of accomplishment in planning and administering successful business programs to dramatically improve business infrastructures, operating stability, and profitability.
Collaborating with executive-level clients and stakeholders to effectively prioritise activities and achieve defined objectives, John is highly skilled in translating business requirements into operational solutions and process improvements to achieve performance goals and targets.
John has been the lead on Risk Management and Programme Management for multiple project roll-outs, in particular the financial sector for high street banks such as HSBC, Natwest and Nationwide. He has been business lead for John Lewis, Waitrose and Simply Food.
He delivered over £40m of design and build restructuring projects as business lead for Jaguar Landrover across their property portfolio, he has been brand guardian for Adidas in the UK and associated brands and been involved in a national rollout for Specsavers. John has also worked with Capita Properties, Experian and Loughborough University amongst so many other well known brands and establishments.
In addition John is also highly gifted in team building and training; enhancing collaboration, communication, and problem-solving within a team, resulting in improved performance and stronger relationships.
