QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Chartered Institute of BuildingPhil brings a wealth of knowledge to the team which he has acquired throughout his 40+ years experience in managing new build and refurbishment projects. He oversees every project from feasibility stage through to final completion, often managing a team of surveyors on multiple concurrent projects reporting directly in to him.
He has managed the commercial functions on small to medium size projects for local authority education departments, private developers including Fit Out, high-end house owners, Housing Associations as well as with many prestigious organisations and establishments such as The Crown Estate, The Church Commissioners amongst others.
Throughout his impressive career Phil has acquired extensive pre-construction experience, coordinating the client’s requirements under an Educational Framework, managing this process internally to enable projects to proceed beyond financial close to completion.
Phil is well versed in working on challenging refurbishment/fit out projects for private companies and clients. His meticulous nature and determination to see everything completed correctly first time are integral to Phil’s character and work ethos.
